Pandora - The World of Avatar

Animal Kingdom, Disney World, Orlando, FL

Journey beyond Earth into the lush Valley of Mo’ara, a fully immersive 12-acre themed land that transports guests to the bioluminescent moon of Pandora! This extraordinary environment blends towering floating mountains, cascading waterfalls, alien plant life, responsive landscape features, and richly layered rockwork with two signature attractions—Avatar Flight of Passage and Na’vi River Journey. From the soaring 3D banshee-flight simulator to the serene boat ride through a glowing rainforest in search of the Na’vi Shaman of Songs, the project combines highly technical ride systems, theatrical lighting, scenic fabrication, guest pathways, dining, retail, and back-of-house support to create a breathtaking world that transforms from vibrant adventure by day to luminous wonder after dark!

Star Wars Galaxy's Edge

Disneyland, Anaheim, CA & Disney World, Orlando, FL

Step onto the remote planet of Batuu and become part of a living Star Wars story inside one of Disney’s most ambitious themed environments! Spanning more than 14 acres at each resort, this fully immersive land surrounds guests with Black Spire Outpost’s weathered architecture, towering rock spires, market stalls, dining venues, Resistance and First Order settings, and a full-scale Millennium Falcon measuring more than 100 feet long. Anchored by two headline attractions—Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance—the project required extensive coordination of massive scenic rockwork, themed plaster, custom props, show systems, guest circulation, attraction infrastructure, retail and dining spaces, and backstage operations to deliver a cinematic, land-wide adventure where every pathway, soundscape, and detail supports the feeling of traveling to a galaxy far, far away.

Festival of the Lion King

Animal Kingdom, Disney World, Orlando, FL

Feel the rhythm of the Pride Lands inside a vibrant theater-in-the-round experience created for one of Disney’s most beloved live shows! Relocated to the Harambe Theatre in the Africa section of Animal Kingdom, this project recreated and enhanced the show environment with immersive theming, lush landscape design, improved guest circulation, refreshed lighting and production support, and back-of-house upgrades to accommodate the colorful floats, singers, dancers, acrobats, aerial performers, and larger-than-life characters that make the performance unforgettable. The result is a high-capacity, high-energy venue that preserves the spirit of The Lion King while strengthening the guest arrival, seating, and show experience from start to finish.

EPCOT at Disney World, Orlando, FL

Launch into a next-generation astronaut training adventure at Epcot’s space exploration pavilion! This 55,000-square-foot themed attraction environment combines a highly technical simulator ride, interactive pre-show and post-show areas, VIP facilities, and immersive aerospace-inspired design to place guests inside the International Space Training Center. With multiple ride capsules, coordinated show systems, mission-control storytelling, and intense centrifuge-based motion simulation for the Mars mission experience, the project brings together complex building infrastructure, guest flow, mechanical coordination, and theatrical detail to create one of Walt Disney World’s most ambitious space-themed attractions.

Frozen Ever After

EPCOT at Disney World, Orlando, FL

Sail into the storybook world of Arendelle with a richly reimagined boat attraction in Epcot’s Norway Pavilion! Replacing the former Maelstrom experience, this enchanting transformation adapted the existing ride path into a Frozen-themed journey filled with beloved characters, music, theatrical lighting, detailed scenic environments, and advanced Audio-Animatronics that bring Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and friends to life. The project helped reinvigorate the World Showcase destination with a family-friendly attraction experience that blends immersive storytelling, carefully integrated building modifications, and Disney-level show coordination from queue to unload.

Soarin' Expansion

EPCOT at Disney World, Orlando, FL

Take flight with a major capacity and guest-experience expansion of one of Epcot’s most popular attractions! This project added a third theater to the celebrated flight-simulator experience, helping reduce wait times while supporting the launch of Soarin’ Around the World and its sweeping new global film. The expansion required careful integration with the existing Land Pavilion, including theater construction, show-system coordination, queue and guest-flow improvements, and backstage operational support—delivering a smoother, higher-capacity attraction experience while preserving the awe-inspiring sensation of hang-gliding over iconic destinations around the world.

This 300-unit vacation ownership resort was developed in two phases and rises six stories above structured parking, creating a vibrant coastal retreat with spacious one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas, many featuring full kitchens, private balconies or patios, and relaxed sea-inspired interiors. Guests can move effortlessly from the beach to a multi-level oceanfront pool, splash pad, hot tubs, cabanas, fire pits, fitness amenities, activity areas, and the Back Porch Pool Bar, making the property feel like a complete vacation village. Located near The Galleria, the beach, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, and major healthcare resources, the community offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care within one thoughtfully planned building so residents can enjoy continuity, comfort, and support as their needs evolve. Private studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences are paired with expansive ocean and Intracoastal views, restaurant-style dining, concierge services, housekeeping, transportation, wellness programming, fitness spaces, salon services, landscaped terraces, and an outdoor pool. Designed to balance luxury, safety, accessibility, and connection, the project creates a vibrant residential environment where seniors can remain active, engaged, and supported in a refined urban coastal setting. New Hope Village Hotel

Experience a hospitality project with a deeply human mission on the City of Hope campus, where hotel comfort, healthcare adjacency, and restorative design come together to support patients, families, clinicians, researchers, and international visitors during some of life’s most challenging moments! This five-story, approximately 108,000-square-foot patient hotel provides 147 rooms in a calm, convenient setting just steps from advanced cancer treatment and research resources. Designed as a welcoming transition between hospital and home, the property includes kitchenette suites, a warm lobby lounge and bar with outdoor seating, marketplace, kitchen and buffet areas, meeting space, offices for the International Medicine Department, shared guest-floor seating areas, and balconies that open toward the San Gabriel Mountains. The result is a purpose-built healing hospitality environment that expands on-campus housing capacity, keeps loved ones close, supports long recovery stays, and brings dignity, comfort, and hope into every part of the guest experience.

This transformative hospitality renovation elevated the guest experience across the renowned hotel, private club, and spa campus, refreshing all 289 guestrooms and suites with sophisticated finishes, warm residential comfort, modern technology, and views that connect guests to the property’s lush natural setting. The project also supported the broader evolution of the 27-acre destination, where upgraded amenities, refined dining, expansive fitness and wellness offerings, and the celebrated Trellis Spa come together to create a polished resort-style experience rooted in Texas elegance and exceptional service. Designed as a 5,000-square-foot modern “pizza joint” with room for 200 guests, the restaurant elevates the Blaze Pizza brand through a highly themed architectural concept inspired by an 1850s-era Florida sawmill reimagined with contemporary flair. Two open-hearth ovens and dual guest service lines keep the energy moving, while warm wood details, bold structural elements, and a covered waterfront patio create a dynamic setting for fast-fired, made-to-order artisanal pizzas in true Disney Springs style.
